In order to confirm the wheelset model and ensure compatibility, please send your order details to the online chatbox or our email support@varunebike.com after purchase. Include:

2. Clear image of the battery labelPlease note: use the same email address associated with your order.

When the wheelset is out of stock, it needs to be customized. The customization process can only begin after the order is placed and the model is confirmed. The production lead time is 25-30 days, followed by 7-10 days for delivery.
