Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Why do I see Varun e-bikes on some social media platforms with motor power exceeding 250W and speeds over 25km/h?

Varun e-bikes are available in European and US specifications. For the European market, the motor power is limited to 250W and the top speed is restricted to 25km/h via the controller before leaving the factory. This ensures compliance with European public road regulations. If you have specific needs, such as riding on private property or off-road in permitted areas, please contact our support team to unlock the default settings.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For our e-bike products:
EU: Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, with a transit time of 3-10 days.

Ich habe meine VARUN E-Bike S26-1 seit einer Woche und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden.
Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, der Motor läuft leise und kraftvoll, und die Reichweite ist für den Alltag perfekt.
Auch das Fahrgefühl ist stabil und komfortabel – genau so, wie man es sich von einem guten E-Bike wünscht.

Il est un peu plus haut que je ne l'imaginais. Je mesure 1,70 m et mes pieds touchent tout juste le sol. Mais il roule très bien, c'est un e-bike vraiment puissant. J'ai les genoux un peu fragiles ; faire du vélo classique provoque des craquements, j'ai besoin de cette assistance electrique.

Die Qualität des E-Bikes ist sehr gut, aber es wäre schön, wenn es vollständige Schutzbleche hätte. Darüber bin ich nicht ganz zufrieden und werde versuchen, etwas umzubauen. Mein Freund mag das Fahrrad auch sehr, aber er zögert noch wegen der Schutzbleche.
