Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.

Zeer eenvoudig te monteren, het zadel is erg comfortabel, goed gebouwd, robuust en tegelijkertijd licht.
We hebben twee exemplaren aangeschaft, één voor mij en één voor mijn vrouw, en we zijn erg tevreden met dit model.

Een echt prijzenswaardige fiets. Hij werd zeer snel geleverd en de koerier bezorgde hem tot aan mijn voordeur. Hij zat in een vrij grote verpakking. Voor de montage kun je de video bekijken. Het is niet al te moeilijk. Opvouwen gaat ook erg gemakkelijk.
