We do not accept refund requests for e-bikes purchased through platforms such as Amazon, eBay, or any other third-party websites. Please note that these platforms are not managed by official personnel from the Varun website.

If you have recently purchased a Varun electric bicycle and your order has not been dispatched yet, you are eligible for a refund. You can directly apply for a refund, and we will process it within 3 business days.


If your Varun electric bicycle is already in transit, please wait until you receive the bicycle before applying for a refund. Do not open the bicycle's packaging. We will provide you with a free return shipping label. Once the Varun factory receives and inspects the returned bicycle, we will process your refund within 3 business days.


If you have received your Varun electric bicycle within 14 business days and it is in a brand-new condition (please do not discard the packaging), you may still apply for a refund. We will provide you with a free return shipping label. Once the Varun factory receives and inspects the returned bicycle, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
