Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.
Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.
Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.
How long does it take to process and deliver my order?
For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Battery & Charging: The battery takes about 6 hours to charge fully.

Range: The range is impressive. I got over 60km in pure electric mode (before speed restriction removal), and up to 120km using the highest pedal-assist level.

Brakes: The brakes are very responsive.

Motor: The motor is powerful and delivers a real sense of accelerationyou can feel the push!

Assembly: Setup was straightforward and took me around 30 minutes.

Excelente bicicleta

Estou realmente muito satisfeito com esta bicicleta – o desempenho no terreno acidentado é excelente, a estrutura é robusta e durável, e a condução é confortável e estável. Alguns pontos se destacam: primeiro, a rigidez do quadro é excelente, sem nenhuma sensação de instabilidade em alta velocidade; segundo, a travagem é excepcional, parando imediatamente nas descidas com uma força de frenagem linear e controlável; e por último, o sistema de iluminação também é muito prático, aumentando significativamente a segurança ao pedalar à noite. Também estou muito satisfeito com a autonomia da bateria, que atende perfeitamente às minhas necessidades diárias.

Dieses Fahrrad ist absolut solide und groß. Die Montage ist einfach, und es gibt ein Installationsvideo zur Referenz. Die Batterie lädt in etwa 5-6 Stunden vollständig auf. Ich empfehle, sie zum Aufladen auszubauen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Adoro questa bici perfetta per il fuoristrada, molto resistente e comoda da guidare. Sono molto soddisfatto anche dell'autonomia della batteria: ho percorso quasi 110 km alternando l'acceleratore e l'assistenza alla pedalata.

O processamento e a entrega foram extremamente eficientes. Recebi a encomenda no oitavo dia. A proteção interna da embalagem era muito boa. Para minha surpresa, a maior parte da estrutura principal da bicicleta (como os pneus e parte do quadro) já vinha montada de fábrica. Só foi necessário fixar os pneus ao quadro, instalar o guiador e os pedais – alguns passos simples. O processo todo levou menos de 30 minutos, sendo muito amigável para iniciantes. Pelo preço pago, conseguir um produto de alta qualidade e tão prático representa um valor excepcional.
