Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

Who covers the shipping cost for returns?

For returns due to product defects, we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise, return shipping is at the customer's expense.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

For bicycle orders, order processing takes 1-2 business days. UK customers can expect delivery within 3-7 days, while EU customers should expect delivery within 3-10 days. Please allow up to 15 days for international shipping due to potential customs delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this period, please contact us promptly. For parts and component replacements, please allow 30 days for production followed by 10 days for delivery.

Facilissima da montare, la sella è molto comoda, ben costruita, robusta e leggera allo stesso tempo.
Abbiamo acquistato due unità, una per me e una per mia moglie, e siamo molto soddisfatti di questo modello.

Una bicicletta davvero ottima. È arrivata molto velocemente e il corriere l'ha consegnata direttamente a casa mia. Il pacco era piuttosto grande. Per il montaggio, basta fare riferimento al video. Non è troppo difficile. Anche piegarla è molto comodo.
