Varun electric bike E-bikes are designed in compliance with EU regulations, so riders do not need a special license to ride our bikes.

Does the S20-1 support derestricting?

Yes, the S20-1 fat-tire series support derestricting. After derestriction, the maximum speed does not exceed 40 km/h. Please note, ride in accordance with local regulations.

Why do I see Varun e-bikes on some social media platforms with motor power exceeding 250W and speeds over 25km/h?

Varun e-bikes are available in European and US specifications. For the European market, the motor power is limited to 250W and the top speed is restricted to 25km/h via the controller before leaving the factory. This ensures compliance with European public road regulations. If you have specific needs, such as riding on private property or off-road in permitted areas, please contact our support team to unlock the default settings.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

EU: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days, with a transit time of 3-10 days.

Nach einigen Wochen Nutzung kann ich endlich eine vollständige Bewertung des VARUN S20-1 abgeben.
Die Verpackung war gut, Rahmen und Teile kamen heile an. Der Aufbau war nicht schwer – ein Video hilft bei Bedarf. Die Gesamtqualität überzeugt: stabiler Rahmen, herausnehmbarer Akku, solide Reifen.
Ich nutze das Rad hauptsächlich für den Arbeitsweg und Freizeitfahrten. Entdrosselt erreicht es ca. 40 km/h – Praktisch und macht Spaß. Der Motor unterstützt kräftig, Steigungen und lange Strecken sind kein Problem.
Ein Punkt ist anders als erwartet: Das Rücklicht hat keine Blinkerfunktion. Nicht schlimm, ich Hole mir noch Spiegel, um den Verkehr Hinter mir zu Sehen. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Im Großen und Ganzen bin ich mit allem zufrieden, außer mit dem Versand. Die Lieferung sollte eigentlich am 7. ankommen, aber am 7. war sie nicht da – ich war erst etwas besorgt. Am 8. wurde sie dann aber vor meiner Haustür abgeliefert. Abgesehen davon war ein guter Einkauf. Mit dem E‑Bike bin ich sehr zufrieden.

Der Versanddienstleister gibt in der Regel einen wahrscheinlichen Lieferzeitpunkt an, der jedoch nicht immer genau ist. Aber wir behalten den Paketversorgang auf jeden Fall im Auge.
