Varun ebikes are EU-compliant EPACs, legally classified as bicycles. This means no license, no registration, and access to bike paths. They feature a 250W motor with assist cutting off at 25 km/h.

Why do I see Varun e-bikes on some social media platforms with motor power exceeding 250W and speeds over 25km/h?

Varun e-bikes are available in European and US specifications. For the European market, the motor power is limited to 250W and the top speed is restricted to 25km/h via the controller before leaving the factory. This ensures compliance with European public road regulations. If you have specific needs, such as riding on private property or off-road in permitted areas, please contact our support team to unlock the default settings.

Can I return the bike if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you can return the item. Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a pickup service. Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. A partial fee will be charged for used items.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Questa bici è eccellente e il montaggio è stato semplicissimo. L'ho assemblata senza aspettare che mio marito tornasse a casa. Non sono serviti attrezzi aggiuntivi, dato che alcuni erano inclusi nella confezione, e inoltre erano presenti anche alcuni accessori utili.

Ich bin mit diesem Fahrrad sehr zufrieden. Auch der separat gekaufte Gepäckträger ist gut, allerdings wurden sie getrennt versendet. Ich schlage vor, dass Sie in Zukunft direkt eine Version mit Gepäckträger anbieten.

Per mia moglie è un po' troppo alta. Mia moglie è alta 1,80 m. Quando si ferma, non riesce a sedersi e ad appoggiare i piedi a terra. Ma nel complesso non è male. La bici non è pesante e anche le persone più basse possono usarla.
